
DESCRIPTION : For the Puppet Center of the FWB/ and Museum of Puppetry Arts.
The Puppet Center is registered in the sector of performing Arts and the Museum in the Heritage sector.
Located in the heart of the City of Tournai, in Belgium, the Puppet Center is a resource centre for
the arts of puppetry. It has the ambition of developing and working towards the enhancement of the
art of puppetry in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and around the world.
Its activities are structured in several areas :
• pole of creation and research, with a programme of creation, residences,
dissemination and Festivals such as the Festival International Discoveries, Pictures and
Puppets, and artistic projects of development and reconciliation with the
digital arts
• pole formation and transmission for all audiences, participation in the Master
puppet
• pole of resources, reflections, meetings, conducting surveys, symposium,
edits, and active member of the M-Class
• pole heritage with the Museum, with a collection of more than 3,000 puppets in the
World. Are offered to the public : an exhibition of heritage permanent exhibitions,
temporary and travelling, a program of mediation, facilitation, research,
conference, and edits, and a documentation centre.

POSITION :
Loaded.e administration and financial management will be in charge of :
The administrative and financial management and budgets, work plans to support the project of the arts and heritage project, in order to meet the specifications of the Contracts, programs, connecting the Centre of the puppet of the FWB to subsidizing authorities ;
Follow-up of cases of subventionnements structural and ad hoc ;
Commitment-time paid 3/4 of the Time.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Supervision of the finances and administration, and to maintain the financial equilibrium of
the institution,
• Coordination of grant applications and management reports and financial statements required.
– Search all complementary means in connection with the project managers ( finance,
partnerships, etc.)
• human resources Management (7 to 8 FTE )
• Follow-up meetings and the operation of the non-OA / AG.
• Representation of the structure (vis-à-vis third parties, competent authorities and
partners related to files subsidy)
• Monitoring of contract staff
• Monitoring of the device EPA
In connection with the OA.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE :
• Skills in accounting and financial management in link with the plans
accounting of the FWB
• Experience in team management and participative management
• Familiarity with the institutions of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels
• Familiarity with the funding programs of the european
• Knowledge of networks of the territory
• Perfect mastery of the French language (oral and written), good command of Dutch and
English is an asset appreciated.
• Editorial expertise for folders
• Knowledge of the sector of the performing arts in the Federation Wallonia-Brussels,
Belgium and international and industry museum and Heritage is an asset
